The IDX Broker Widgets allow you to directly show listings from your MLS on your website. Your MLS must support an IDX feed for this service to work. We have worked with IDX Broker to offer their service for the reduced price of $29.99 per month (normally $39.99). Please click here to see if your MLS is supported by MLS Broker.
We provide 3 different tools to display listings from your MLS. The first tool is the IDX search where your visitor can enter the criteria they are looking for and then submit the search. The system will then use the IDX Broker service to check your MLS for listings that meet their requirements.
The second tool is to display a few homes that meet requirement you set. Only wish to display homes from a certain city in a certain price range? You can set that criteria.
The third tool is a slideshow that will display a single home at a time based on the criteria you have set.
